Returns:
For any undamaged product, simply return it with its included accessories and packaging along with the original receipt within 10 days of the date the PC leaves us, and we will offer a refund based upon the original payment method once a full inspection of the product has taken place, including checking of all serial numbers on the parts within your computer. If the order was a custom computer the building fee of £110.00 will be deducted from the refunded amount for our services. Shipping will be at the customers risk and their expense. If any damage, change or alterations have been detected a refund will not be completed and the PC will be returned back to the customer at the customer’s expense. Refunds can take 28 days for processing once items are returned to our supplier for refunding.
Cancellations can be completed up to the point that a parts order is placed for the job. The 10% deposit that we require is non-refundable after this point due to parts orders being placed and subsequently work being carried out. Warranty will only cover for Hardware Failure of original parts used to build the PC by Ramridge Gaming PCs.
All computers, new and used, come with either a 1 year or 3 month parts warranty and month labour warranty, this covers all parts included within the PC that were with the computer at the time of purchase. No third party components will be covered in the warranty - it is also important to note that if 3rd party or upgraded/different components are added/modified this will void your warranty. The warranty is only valid if no tampering, altering, upgrading or modifications have taken place on the original order. Each computer has anti-tamper void stickers in discrete points, please do not open the computer unless advised to by Ramridge Gaming PCs. If any side panel has been opened at any time from purchase this will void your warranty. Warranties begin from the date of receiving the product. Once a claim has been validated, this will entitle the customer to full repairs back to original state. If the parts can not be sourced, equivalent or upgraded parts may be used. The warranty entitles the customer to full repair back to original functioning order and not a refund. If it was established that the faulty part/workings of the computer were due to user error this cost will be for the customer to cover. Shipping to our workshop will be at customers expense, return will be from Ramridge Gaming PCs’ expense unless damage/fault was established to be that of the customer’s.
Receiving a virus, having issues surrounding software or having files that cause adverse effects on the PC, does not qualify the PC to be replaced/fixed under warranty. The warranty is purely hardware based and only covers the physical parts within the PC.
Lastly, complications involving lack of knowledge or experience by the user is not a computer fault and as such Ramridge Gaming PCs will not take liability or responsibility for these issues. We offer advice for customers to help them make an informed decision, however ultimately the buying decision comes down to the customer at the time of purchase.
